Cross Training

What are the benefits of this program?

The benefits of our Cross Training classes are increased overall strength and power, improved cardiovascular and muscular endurance, increased mobility and stability, and most importantly, a better quality of life outside of the gym. Our Cross Training class is the most well-rounded program we offer because it includes strength and conditioning work.

What does the class look like?

One hour class that includes a specific warmup for the exercises being done that day, some type of strength or Olympic Weightlifting component (i.e. Back Squats or Power Cleans), a conditioning workout, and finally, a specific recovery protocol for that day’s workout.
