As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold once per year for any reason.
1. As stated in our membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold once per year for any reason. We understand things come up and we’d like to do what we can to help.
2. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before the hold is needed. If the hold request is 3 days or less than your forthcoming scheduled renewal date, that renewal payment will still be processed. All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership hold requests are limited to one time per calendar year in any increment of time preferred up to 75 days total but no less than 7 days. Days 1-14 are free of charge, every day of freeze thereafter beginning with the 15th day through the 75th day will incur a charge of $1.50 per day. The total amount of daily charges will be summed, invoiced and processed at the termination of the hold.
3. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume with no credited time lost. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable, meaning your hold will be released, your membership will be live and the 30day cancellation notice will begin. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
