Personal training is a 1-on-1 session with a qualified and friendly BK Fit Studios coach. We make a program based on your goals and needs, and coach you through every step.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our Interval HIIT and Cross Training classes with the option to work with our in-house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging yourself in a safe way under the guidance of our certified and experienced coaches.
Look no further than our Cross Training, Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer individualized training programs from one of our coaches if you have very specific goals or limitations. Individualized Nutrition Coaching also available.
