Biography
COACH JOHNATHAN
Was not an athletic kid – he discovered fitness later on after college when he joined a gym, got a personal trainer, and really dove into the mechanics of how your body is built to move. A friend got him to try CrossFit at his gym and he was hooked from there. He became OBSESSED with learning all he could, tracking his progress, and then sharing his knowledge and experience with others on their own fitness journeys. As a coach, he aims to keep class invigorating, safe, and fun!
