COACH JONATHAN
When they first started working out over 10 years ago they knew they needed something rigorous with a community to both support and keep them accountable. CrossFit was the perfect fit. Initially they started with a couple classes a week but moved up to 5 days a week when they started to get a handle on the movements. Since then they expanded their hybrid training to include much more running and interval cardio drills.
Favorite movement to coach: Rowing
Favorite exercise to perform: Burpees (Honestly!)
Favorite interest outside of fitness: Philosophy
