The benefits of the STRENGTH TRAINING: LIFT class include cardiovascular and muscular endurance, in addition to strength and power gains. There will be barbell strength movements, but no complicated gymnastic movements.
What does this class look like?
Our STRENGTH TRAINING: LIFT classes are 50 minutes in length. They include a warmup, followed by a strength training portion of the basic lifts such as deadlift, shoulder press, squats, bench press, or clean. The second half of the class will include a longer conditioning workout.
