You don’t have to be a pro to start Cross Training classes, but with our 1:1 sessions you will be set up for success whether you are a beginner or just looking to polish your lifts. You will then roll right into our Elite membership options that provides 13 classes per month (so you may continue to be coached) AND 24/7 Access to work out those skills on your own!
*BKFIT PREP is a 6wk initial commitment. The 4 PT sessions must be used in the first 2wks, then the Elite Membership will begin at the start of the 3rd week. After the initial 6wk commitment, the standard 30day notice cancellation policy is in effect. No holds may be used in the initial 6wks.
