Weightlifting

Power Snatch + OHS + Squat Snatch (As Heavy As Possible W/ Great Form)

2 secs in Bottom Of Both Squats

Push Press + Jerk BTN + Jerk (As Heavy As Possible W/ Great Form)

5 secs In both splits

Jerk Dip Squat (5 reps X 3 sets)

Focus on using Lower Body simultaneously and be aggressive!!!!

Jefferson Curl (10 reps)
