Weightlifting
A) Behind the neck split press
3 x 5 with an empty bar from the rack. Take it back behind the neck every rep.
B) Clean & Jerk warm-up
3 Rounds:
3 Power Clean + Push Press.
3 Power Clean + Push Jerk.
3 (squat) Clean & (split) Jerk.
C) Clean & Jerk
2 Rep max for the day (Not touch and go)
2 sets x 2 reps at 90% 2RM above
3 sets x 2 reps at 80% 2RM above. First do the two cleans and then the two jerks. The cleans must be touch and go.
