Just a quick post about repeating Open Workouts.
Please Don’t do it!
We haven’t got the time to judge repeats with the amount of people that need judging, and the last thing we want you to do is spend the next 5 weeks getting less fit because you’re wasting your time doing the same workout twice in a matter of days or even three times.
We have two days for you to do the open workouts, Thursday evening and Saturday. If you can’t make it because of work reasons then we will try to accommodate you for Sunday.
If you are adamant that you want to repeat an Open Workout. You can book a PT session with one of the training team to judge you, don’t just assume we have nothing to do but watch you repeat a workout for 3 extra reps.
The only exception to this is if you are in with a shot of making it to the next stage of competition whether that be regional or the Masters Qualifier workouts. Basically only Adam can make it if it’s a possibility.
The Open is not about doing the same workout multiple times to come 263,727th instead of 286,837th.
We don’t want people doing open workouts during class time.
