EMOTM: Ascending rounds
1st minute: 1 Turkish Get-Up (53#/44#)
2nd minute: 2 Uneven Push-Ups
3rd minute: 2 Turkish Get-Ups
4th minute: 4 Uneven Push-Ups
etc…Add 1 turkish get-up per round and 2 uneven push-ups until you get bit by the clock.
2nd minute: 2 Uneven Push-Ups

etc…Add 1 turkish get-up per round and 2 uneven push-ups until you get bit by the clock.
For uneven push-ups, place one hand on the KB. Doesn’t matter if the KB is up or on its side.
