CFO Fall Brawl Information

On October 1st at our East Williamsburg location, we will be hosting our second annual “CFO Fall Brawl” in-house competition! It will be an individual competition, and is open to any and all members of BK Fit Studios, no matter what skill level. There will be two divisions (beginner and intermediate) to accommodate all levels of fitness.

There will be three workouts during the course of the day, with the top male and female from each division receiving a cash prize, with the second and third place individuals receiving other awesome prizes! Details of each workout will be released very soon via the Facebook event page, which you can access here.

Registration will cost $15 (more athletes sign up, bigger prizes :)), and you can sign up here. Any other questions can be fielded through the Facebook event page or by asking a coach.
