What are the benefits of this program?

BK Fit Interval classes provide cardiovascular and muscular endurance benefits, and can also provide some strength and power gains as well. If you are new to CrossTraining and aren’t ready for barbell snatches or ring muscle ups, this is the class for you!

What does the class look like?

Our interval training classes are 50 minutes in length. They include a brief warmup, followed by a series of low skill, functional exercises (i.e. bodyweight squats, medicine ball throws, kettlebell swings) performed in a circuit-style manner. Our interval classes focus solely on conditioning.
