Power Snatch + OHS + Squat Snatch ( Heavy W/ Great form )
2 secs at the bottom of both squats
Push Press + Jerk BTN + Jerk (Heavy w/ Great form)
5 sec hold in both splits
Jerk Dip Squat (5 reps x 3 sets)
Be explosive thru legs catch with soft legs!!! NO cycling
