WEEKLY BONUS FOR NUTRITION CHALLENGE: WEEK 3
Spend more time upside down each day. This can be broken into as many sets as needed, just spend 5 minutes in total upside down five out of the seven days (1min for multiple sets or 30s, etc…). If you miss a day, you can make it up the next day.
To earn 1 point: Spend a total of 5 minutes holding a handstand in total for a day.
To earn 2 points: submit a creative photo holding a handstand 3 times through out the week. (Earn 3 x 2 point days)
Additional Weekly Bonus for Nutrition Challenge Participants: Starting Sunday night through Saturday night, add up your total hours of sleep for the week. If you average at least 7 hours a night (49-55 total hours), you earn 1 bonus point. If you get an average of 8 hours per night (56 or more total hours), you earn 2 bonus points. It’s time to prioritize your sleep. Sleeping well will help you recover, perform better, and keep body fat down. If weight loss is your goal, prioritizing sleep is a must!
