Minute 1: Double unders x 30 reps
Minute 2: L-Sit Holds x 20 seconds
Minute 3: Hand Stand Push ups x 5 reps
4 sets, each for time, of:
500 Meter Row
rest 1:1 between sets
note your overall time
*each round should be between 3-5 seconds of each other.
