April new schedule

Schedule Update

~ Starting this Monday, we are modifying our evening schedules. We are adding a 8pm Cross Training classes to East Williamsburg Monday-Thursday.

~ We are staggering the start times, of the evening classes at both boxes. The first class will start at 5:30pm and the last class will start at 8pm.

~All classes are still one-hour long. We are adding 15 minutes of down time after each weekend class to mobilize and socialize between classes.

~We believe that the power of Cross Training is in the community and we want to allow time for you all to catch up with one another between classes.
