STRENGTH TRAINING: LIFT

Each class is open to all levels, focused on improving strength and technique in one specific movement. Each 45 min session will practice a different lift. Sign up for one or back to backs!

HYROX TRAINING

HYROX training develops individuals to perform functional movements that combine strength, power and endurance. Classes will be categorized as Complete, Foundational, Power, or Engine, depending on the objective of a particular training session.

GLUTES & ABS

If you want to really start making progress on your lifts, it starts and continues with strengthening your hips and your CORE! This class will be 50 minutes of dedicated and focused CORE work.Expect to see some unilateral leg movements, trunk rotation, hip mobility, and a lot more!

Personal Training

Personal training is a 1-on-1 session with a qualified and friendly BK Fit Studios coach. We make a program based on your goals and needs, and coach you through every step.

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our Interval HIIT and Cross Training classes with the option to work with our in-house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging yourself in a safe way under the guidance of our certified and experienced coaches.

Strength, Muscle Gain and Athletic Performance

Look no further than our Cross Training, Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer individualized training programs from one of our coaches if you have very specific goals or limitations. Individualized Nutrition Coaching also available.
