Tall Clean + Tall Jerk (5×3 @ light to moderate)

Standing tall, drop straight into the bottom position of a front squat.

Lift bar from front rack to forehead and with no dip, drop straight into the catch position of a split jerk.

5×3 = 1 Tall Clean + 1 Tall Jerk x3
